Letter To Our Customers

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at SweetLooks Collection.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

Actions we are taking as a small business, are as follows. First, we are taking extra precautions with constant hand washing and sanitizing while making all orders. Second, we are spraying the fabric for all orders with disinfectant spray. Last, we are adding our protective masks as a permanent listing, to our website. Due to high volume of protective masks, our turn around times are going to 7 business days. With the need for protective masks will be taking priority during these times. This means if we need to, we will prolong all other order to make sure we are getting our protective masks out as soon as possible. If your order gets delayed, we will contact you to see if you are okay with waiting a little longer or cancel your order all together. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. 

We encourage everyone to stay informed with the latest information, such as guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We deeply appreciate all our customers and look forward to a return to normalcy very soon.
